The material technologies developed by COLMAT, together with the associated know-how, formulations and processes, constitute trade secrets protected under Articles L.151-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code. Information published on this site is limited to performance results and implies neither disclosure nor any grant of licence.

The performance figures on this site correspond to results obtained under defined test conditions, described case by case and, where indicated, measured by independent third-party bodies. They are provided for information purposes.

These results constitute neither a performance guarantee in a different industrial context nor a contractual commitment. Any application within a given process requires a dedicated validation phase, conducted jointly and governed contractually.

COLMAT’s names, logos and distinctive signs may not be used without written authorisation. Any third-party trademarks mentioned, in particular those of testing bodies, remain the property of their respective owners and are cited solely as a factual reference to the tests carried out.
